The holistic training programme, which will last for six months, has overcome all the limitations posed by traditional geography. The training is brought directly to the homes of rural women in Punjab who cannot venture out freely due to certain restrictions.
The training uses a highly flexible, mobile-friendly Learning Management System (LMS). You do not need an expensive computer setup to participate. The curriculum focuses heavily on digital literacy, practical confidence, and core employability skills. Our ultimate goal is to increase female workforce participation across the region.
